School Develops Gradually – Message from Miss Cassey.

Since the creation of the school significant strides have been made toward achieving the school’s goal. That of making our school more student centered.

The school has gained some basic facilities, such as a teacher’s room, library, IT equipment, school toilet, electricity, and water. Although, the facilities are not as beautiful as other schools in the area, it is very meaningful and helpful for the needy. The community around the school was desperate for the right to an education that their status denied them.

During this last year, the teachers and the students had joined some outdoor activities. These include workshop activities and teacher’s training conducted by the course leader Mr. Alan Dighton and other teachers from Kinabalu International School. These teachers strongly and sincerely gave their efforts to support our teaching, guiding, and learning principles for the students. This body of knowledge makes up the school, teachers and students through meeting the intellectual challenges and worth.

Currently, we feel grateful that the school has been transformed although slowly. However, the committee members of association, the founder of the school (Mr. Yahya), some assistants and contributors, as well as those parents who are concerned should be commended for their tenacity. Schools develop gradually.
